Scope
My professional experience encompasses the technical, content, and design management of digital properties and overall strategic direction. I have lead enterprise-level teams across divisions, supervised direct reports, and hired digital vendors/consultants and supervised them as supplemental staff. I have provided oversight of the daily production, workflow, training, and collaboration of my team members and external participants.
Supervision
I have directly supervised digital and social media junior staff, managed teams of developers and designers, and provided oversight to subject matter experts in order to deliver digital-savvy content. I have hired and managed numerous multimedia vendors and consultants.
Accounting
I have managed the budgets, allocations, and procurement processes for digital departments. I produced strategic plans (macro and micro), analytical and metrics reports, and RFPs. I frequently develop and evaluate business case proposals.
Leadership
I lead my teams by focusing on creating the best user experience for our audience and allowing for individual work styles and independence to achieve results.
